The online backup report helps you analyze what files are being backed up on your server and identify files you may not want to be backing up (MP3, videos, etc.)
- Backup reports are accessed using the Technical Support Support system (contact us if you do not know your login information, this information is emailed to you at the time of server installation)
- Please note that if you delete a file from your server, it will take 30 days for it to be purged from the offsite backup system if it has already been backed up offsite
Your backup report contains the following information:
- Status of the last 30 backup jobs (pass/fail)
- The amount of data transmitted from your server to the offsite facility
- Amount of time each backup takes (useful in determining bandwidth issues)
- Number of files that changed since the last backup
- Shows Daily Backup Size which is how much offsite storage space you were using as of that day
- Displays which files are taking up the most space, grouped by filetype
- Which network folders contain the most data
