Troubleshooting Scalix

  • If a user has a problem with emails "getting stuck in their Outbox" try any or all of these:
    • Rebuild the local cache in Outlook:
      • Tools > Scalix Smartcache > Smart Properties > Support tab > Reset Smart Cache
    • log in to the SAC, go to Advanced, click on Recreate SIS Index as well as Prepare Smartcache
  • If a user has problems with things not showing up, generally start by rebuilding their local cache, and if that doesnt work then delete and re-create their Outlook profile.
