General

• Invoices are issued at the end of each month, and then automatically processed on the credit card of your choice 30 days after the invoice date (giving you 30 days to contest any charges.)
• We only accept cheques for yearly pre-payment of server subscription/web hosting fees, a credit card is still required on file for processing overages, service charges, etc. in the event that they apply
• Subscription rates are frozen for 1 year from signup, subject to yearly revision to current market rate.

Payment is accepted for the following credit cards:

• MasterCard
• American Express
• Discover
• Diner's Club
• JBC cards

We require the following information to setup Credit Card payment, please call us at (403) 516-0560 to provide this information (don't email it to us!):

• Card #
• Card Type
• 3 digit security code on back of card
• Name printed on card
• Billing Address associated with card

Additional Fees

• Each server subscription includes a set amount of offsite data backup storage that if exceeded are subject to backup storage fees.
