After you have installed your server, set the workgroup name and create all users on the server using Webmin.

On each workstation:

1. Ensure workgroup/PC name are set
2. Install TSS Desktop software
3. Map network drives
   1. Our standard drive mapping is:
   • X: = \\server\common
   • Y: = \\server\corporate
   • Z: = \\server\accounting
   • P: = \\server\username (users Private drive, usually point My Docs to it on desktops)
4. Install antivirus (we include desktop antivirus licenses with our server subscription)
   1. Install from: \\server\admin\toolkit\anti-virus\f-prot
5. Setup VPN connection (laptops)

Network settings

• All workstations should be set to DHCP.  Static IPs should be set using DHCP reservations on the server (IE. for network printers, etc.)
